When downloading a project it is always stuck in "We're working on your file, you'll be able to download it soon

Hello, I am having the same issue for several hours now. I have scoured the thread and tried all the tricks previously mentioned.

Hi @Energetic_Lightning7969, could you please share the project URL with us via community DM so we can investigate this further? Is it happening with all the projects, or is it a specific project type with which you face this issue?

hello i am having the same issue with my project as well, please fix and you might want to figure out this issue internally as this issue seems to have been going on for years now

Hi @Swaggz we checked if there was anything you could have done from your side with our developers. They said there wasn't outside of remaking the project. They are working on some backend fixes to prevent projects from getting into the state that caused the issue.

@David__B the entire project was recorded in Adobe Express so there aren't any seperate files.

I did make a duplicate file and try taking out all the audio bit by bit and it still didn't want to finish saving so I could download. Hence my journey to your community board here seeking help.

Hi @alicia_4521 and @Swaggz 

We heard back from engineering that the issue might be some corruption in the audio file, which is causing it to not process correctly. I'm not able to see how the audio is set up in the file, but is it possible to detach, save, and reattach it?
