Adobe Express not loading in browswer when editing or creating a file

Adobe Express will not load in the browser. Initially, the home page loads but when I select anything that involves creating or editing a document the page wil not load. See image.

I've erased the cookies and restarted the browswer etc. and the problem persists. How can I fix this?

Same issue here. Using Chrome. Doing the same in Edge. After a few minutes I get the image below. It worked perfectly fine a couple days ago. Suddenly not working. I've tried clearing cache. No change.

@Bp82 fyi: I've consolidated reports similar to yours in this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-bugs/blank-menus/idi-p/14553360

The symptoms appear slightly different than the ones reported by @Mr. Baker the Shoe Maker

It does not work in Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. I can access "My Stuff" but Home doesn't load, and "Resize" menu doesn't load.

Having this same issue. Cannot load "home". I can go directly to my Folders with projects and work on them from there. Cannot "resize" existing projects, I have to create a new custom size and copy over assets.

Hi

@Bp82

,

We're sorry to hear about this issue. Did you try to duplicate the project and check if you can resize them? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that work.

Regards,

Tarun

I logged out and logged back in and the problem persists.

I am using FireFox 124.0.2 (64-bit). However, everything works when I use Google Chrome.

Thanks, I will try logging out and back in. It works fine on my other computers.

Hi @Mr. Baker the Shoe Maker

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Your logs indicate an issue with refreshing your login token. Could you try logging out and logging in again?

The symptom you are seeing can also result from something affecting access to essential network endpoints, e.g., ad-blockers (including those built into browsers like Brave), strict Firewall settings, network proxies, custom DNS servers.  If you are using these, please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html are allowed.

Hope this helps
