All of 'My Stuff' has disappeared from my Adobe Express App - relating to my business, I need it back asap please

Hi everyone!

This issue was caused by an outage affecting multiple Adobe services, including content storage in Adobe Express, resulting in users being unable to access their Express projects.

The outage is now resolved, and the affected services are operating normally.

I am struggling with this issue today - all of the projects in “My Stuff” have disappeared and I have no idea why or how to restore them. Are there any steps I should be following to restore them?

Hi @authentic_Sunflower8ace,

Sorry you're running into this too! When projects disappear from My Stuff, the most common causes are being signed into a different Adobe profile/account, a sync issue, or the files being moved to the Deleted section rather than permanently removed.

Could you please check:

That you're signed into the same Adobe ID and profile (Personal, Business, School/Team) that you used when creating the projects.
Whether the projects appear in Deleted under Your Stuff, or in your Adobe cloud files: https://www.adobe.com/files/
Whether the projects are missing both in the Express web app and on any other device where you use Express.

If they're still missing, please let us know:

Are you using multiple Adobe profiles/accounts?
Did the projects disappear today or after any account/license change?
Are only Projects missing, or are Brands/Libraries missing as well?

That will help us determine the next steps!

Commenting to say same, I have projects ive been working on for months and they’ve all vanished, including brand templates and my own media files uploaded for projects.
