All of 'My Stuff' has disappeared from my Adobe Express App - relating to my business, I need it back asap please

Hi everyone!

This issue was caused by an outage affecting multiple Adobe services, including content storage in Adobe Express, resulting in users being unable to access their Express projects.

The outage is now resolved, and the affected services are operating normally.

Looks like they are working on it! I can see my main Project folder again, but things inside still aren’t loading. Hopefully we’ll all be up and running again soon!!!

Same. It started with a video that I should replace all the time, when all the others worked. No download possible. Than I restarted the computer and now, all my projects of different customers are gone and the one project left in the overview doesn’t open

Hi,

I am having a similar issue via Adobe Express browser. I cant open any of my files - I see thumbnails but they don’t open. Eventually it says it is an internet connection issue, which it isnt. Have tried all tests (different browsers, internet connections, logging in and out..). What is going on?

All my projects are missing ! 😱 why am i paying for a service if all of a suden, all my projects disapear without notice? all my work is gone…

As of 11:30am (UK time) today, I seem to have lost all of my Projects and anything I was working on within the last few hours. I’ve logged in and out, used an incognito window and also changed my password in case I’d been hacked. I don’t have sight of these files or projects anywhere. I also can’t see them on my phone app. Struggle to find anywhere to contact Adobe Support. PLEASE HELP

Same here with me. I also had a strange “gniessthemes” folder show up, that I never made. Hope we get a fix soon.

SAME SHIT HERE !!!!!! I logging a random day and now every single files is gone ! Where is that ? I cant understand !!!!

The exact same thing has happened to me. All of my folders, videos, etc are gone. I’m logged into the right account, tried logging out and back in again, had a look in adobe cloud deleted folder (empty), and tried on another device, and another WiFi, and incognito browser.

I’m leaving my current job in a week and had one last project to finish before handing over. Urgently need everything restored.
