All of 'My Stuff' has disappeared from my Adobe Express App - relating to my business, I need it back asap please

Same here. My project is gone and I have things that need to go out today. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting steps and everything is still just gone. Not deleted, just gone. (There is nothing in the deleted files area.)

Dear Adobe Support,

I am writing to report a persistent issue with my Adobe Express account. As an administrator, I share multiple projects with my company colleagues, but I am currently unable to access any of these projects myself.

Issue Description:

• I cannot access the projects I created and shared as an admin with my team members
• None of my colleagues have access to these projects either
• The projects do not appear in my project list
• I checked the deleted files folder (https://www.adobe.com/files/deleted) but found no results

Troubleshooting Steps Already Completed:

1. Refreshed the page and restarted the app – no effect
2. Verified internet connection and project synchronization – connection is stable
3. Signed out and signed back into my Adobe account – no effect
4. Tested access from different browsers (Chrome and Edge) – no effect
5. Cleared browser cache and cookies – no effect

Could you please investigate why these projects are inaccessible and help me restore them? I have attached a screenshot showing the error message for your reference.

I was working on a file and it completely disappeared along with everything in our library. Links of files shared with colleagues aren’t working either. Hopefully it’s just a glitch and everything will soon be restored? 👀

Same here. All of my work has completely deleted. Folders, videos, etc. only things still there are image uploads. Need my work back asap ​@adobe please fix!!!

All my projects have disappeared. Seems everyone is having an issue.

Same issue here. My files won’t load/open, and I can’t duplicate them either. When I try to duplicate a file, it just keeps loading or gives me an error. Tried on different devices, but it’s the same everywhere.

Yes mine is 2+ years of work...ridiculous
