For some time now, everything I try to do ends up with a pop up window that states, "Something went wrong. Unable to open document. Today, I still cannot use Adobe Express. Quite frustrating. click on my files, error, new flyer, error, new video, error. Nothing works and every possible option displays the error message in the attached screen shot. Lastly, when reaching out for support via chat, al that was accomplished was a waste of time and a decision for me to never give Adobe another cent if I can help it. That chat is worse than a closed call centre. Unreal.
