Button/tile: Shapes is not performing any pictures or results

Dear creators,

About a few months, when i edit pictures with the express app from Adobe, i can not include any pictures from the option shapes. There are some standard i can choose from.

Is there a internal problem whitin this app?

And can a vpn disturb the smooth working of this app?

I whis you a nice and great summer.
