An assortment of buttons are unaviailable on mobile app when in a file. This buttons include the save icon and "..." for more options

Hello, I am having the same issue on both my galaxy phone and tablet. I have tried all of the suggestions below and the buttons on the top tool bar are still not showing up. All that's there are a bunch of grey circles that do not do anything. Please help.

We understand the urgency regarding missing buttons in Adobe Express mobile. Please try these steps:

Restart the app and make sure it's updated from the Google Play Store.
Clear cache and data: Settings → Apps → Adobe Express → Storage → Clear Cache & Clear Data.
Check permissions, especially Storage.
Reinstall the app if the issue persists.

If still not resolved, please share: device model, Android version, app version, and if it occurs with a specific project. This helps us investigate further.
