Really struggling to get anywhere with Adobe Express. Whether it be through Safari or Chrome, I keep getting a notice that the server can't be found. This has been happening for the last few days.

If you're having trouble accessing Express from Canada, it seems the issue is the DNS. I was having the same issue, and changed my DNS to 8.8.4.4., solved the problem instantly. This takes a little time for those like me who may not be super internet-savvy, but there are step by step instructions you can find on the web for any device. Good luck!
@Heather26763113hftc could you please tell us, if applies, what kind of security software you are using? Either software, or hardware (routers with internet security protection).
Hi, so frustrating I have tried resetting everything, but my Canadian address seems to be an issue.
Do you know if this is something that will be resolved soon? I had success when using a different network when I was away from home....But I don't plan to change my service provider...any other solutions?? Really frustrating not having access to projects in process.
Hi. Could you please let us know if you use any kind of computer security software or hardware (on your home router).
Would it possible to check with another network, mobile phone hotspot for example.
We have recently discovered that some internet security software incorrectly blocks new.express.adobe.com URL and the result is an error similar to yours.
