Cannot upload video file to Adobe Express Web App

I'm having issues uploading video from my laptop to Adobe express web app. I have tried on 3 different laptops and same issue. It just hangs trying. I am able to select the file, but it just gets stuck trying to open. I've tried regular upload, I've tried uploading via trim video quick actions but after selecting the file, it just hangs. I've tried different files that I know are ok, but nothing. It was working yesterday, but not today

Hello. I've tried to record new videos with the camera settings changed, yet still no luck.

Hello, I've tried both within the desktop app and Chrome, no VPN or firewall installed.

To update, I've tested videos that I've previously uploaded and none of these work either, though only videos that open are those that have already been edited.

Rather annoying that even videos I've uploaded previously don't work, so it's obviously not the file that's the issue.

Thanks for providing the details. If the video gets uploaded to the app perfectly on a mobile device, then it seems the issue lies with the borwser or the desktop device connectivity that youre using.

Can you try once from any other recommended browsers or their incognito/private browsing mode (Safari, Chrome, Edge or, Firefox), ensure that youre not on any VPN or have any active firewall. Also try switching to a different intener conenctivity to see if that makes any difference.

I'm in my day job just now and don't have access to the file from here.

I tried to upload a video recorded on my phone, using the mobile app and it worked perfectly, so worst case scenario I'll record with my phone tonight instead of the camera, so that I can schedule the content on time.

Thanks for your repsonse @marcotiero,

Is it possible for you to share the video with me via private message? Private messages should be accessible from the envelope in the top right corner. This should be the direct URL https://community.adobe.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage

Hi @marcotiero,

Thanks for your response. Please let us know the file format you're trying to upload. Is it happening with all files or just this one?

Also, please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/4356TX6 are allowed.

Regards,

Tarun

Well, my Chromebook is off now.

The message I receive is that the file can't be uploaded now but to try again later.

Hopefully it'll work tomorrow, if not, I'll update on this thread
