Caption Video stuck on 17%, tried on both mobile and web, same issue even after clearing cache and force stopping.

    Yup seems it’s working now, but after a full day of not being able to make my videos, I switched to Kapwing. Much better looking captions, faster, and actually better auto captions. I thought Adobe was like a really professional brand, but its clearly not. I canceled my Adobe and now on Kapwing. Good luck everyone.

    Still broken. Been all day. I’m trying CapCut out instead. Thinking about canceling my Adobe now. This is crazy, Trillion dollar company can’t figure out how to fix this.

    Nothing we can do. This is on Adobe’s end. We can just wait.

    Adobe not responding here. How do we notify them they have an issue? Maybe they already know that’s why they ignore us.

    It's possible, I already tried contacting them but they didn't respond, or rather their bot sent me here. Also, the Adobe status page says they have three minor issues.

    Same issue all day today. How do we get some real help on this? This obviously on Adobe end. I have tried different machines, different IP’s, Same results.

    I am having the same issue. On Thursday, Feb 12, 2026 it was working fine. Today, Feb 14 2026 it freezes at 17%.

    I have restarted my computer, uploaded 2 different video projects and had result with both.

    I do not have a firewall on my router or computer.

    I am using Google Chrome on a Windows 11 based PC.

    Using .mp4 files one is 543 MB and the other is 355 MB.

    I am frustrated and would like this to be a priority fix for Adobe, as this is a paid service (Adobe Express Premium) and I have limited time to work on my projects.

    Yep same here. Stuck paying for a completely broken service. How do we report this so they take it seriously? I use it everyday, this is the second time in a few months this has happened. They doing something on their end.
