CLOSED - Known Issue 8/7: Adobe Express downloads stuck at 90% — recent reports and workaround

I can’t download a PDF on a simple no-image resume. I’ve tried clearing cache, removing browser extensions, copying to another project and have tried multiple browsers. Doing a simple search brings up no real concrete solutions but apparently this has been a known issue to Adobe for years.

How is this still going on in 2026 with no patch or solution...still? Seems rather asinine to pretend this isn't a huge issue when people need to produce important documents. 

Also on a deadline and been stuck for 6+ hours!!🤡

Once again ALL downloads minus png’s and jpegs are stuck at 90%. This keeps happening. Adobe REALLY needs to fix this bug. Unfortunately for those of us using the platform for a Friday evening deadline we are out of luck due to faulty software

I’m having an issue with Adobe Express for the first time in about four years of using it.Whenever I try to download a file as a PDF, the download gets stuck at 90% and never completes. I’ve tried three different laptops, multiple browsers, and the Adobe Express app on two different computers, but nothing has worked. I have 1gbp of internet speed. I’ve also tried downloading different documents, and the same issue happens every time. PNG files download without any problems—it seems to only affect PDFs and other files.

I’ve been using some of these same files for the past three years without any issues until now. I’d really appreciate your help figuring out what’s going on, as I need to download these files as PDFs.Thanks

Same issue. Stuck at 90% exporting a very simple PDF in Express. Please fix!

I can confirm this issue is happening to me as well. It started today. I cannot export any PDF because it always gets stuck at 90%. I also tested an old one-page project that used to export normally, and it now fails in exactly the same way. I tested on Windows, iPhone, and iPad, and the issue is identical on all devices. JPG export works, but PDF does not.

Desde a manhã de hoje (07/08/2026), não consigo exportar nenhum projeto em PDF no Adobe Express.

A exportação sempre fica travada em 90% e nunca é concluída.

Para tentar resolver o problema, já realizei diversos testes:

• Tentei exportar dois projetos diferentes (um com 91 páginas e outro com 16 páginas);
• Tentei exportar um projeto antigo, com apenas 1 página, que anteriormente era exportado normalmente;
• Testei em diferentes dispositivos (Windows, iPhone e iPad);
• Testei em diferentes redes de internet;
• Fiz cópias dos projetos;
• Saí e entrei novamente na conta;
• Inclusive adquiri o plano Premium para garantir que não havia nenhuma limitação de exportação.

O comportamento é sempre o mesmo: a exportação em PDF trava em 90%.

Por outro lado, a exportação em JPG funciona normalmente, o que indica que o problema parece estar especificamente na geração do PDF.

Esse erro está impedindo a entrega de um relatório institucional importante do meu trabalho.

Gostaria que verificassem se há algum problema na minha conta ou no serviço de exportação de PDF do Adobe Express e, se possível, informassem uma previsão de normalização ou alguma alternativa para resolver a situação.

Can we get an update on this issue?

I’m trying to download my video as a 1080 resolution and it can’t get past 76%. It just sits there. I waited 20 mins and nothing. I’ve tried other things, I can’t get it to copy/download to Google Drive or Dropbox, both stop at 96% and never finish. I was able to get it to create an embed link, but that doesn’t do me much good because I can’t download that. All the pieces I used to create it are KBs so the file can’t be that big.

At this rate, I’m probably going to screen record my monitor so I can share the design with a client. 

What fixes do you have and is this a larger bug in the system?
