@Andy Lambert I'm having the same issue not being able to connect FB to Express. I watched your video, took off Adobe from the FB side, but haven't been able to make it past that step bc I just the 'connection failed' pop up.

Any ideas? Thanks, Marni

Hi

@default35637967sz5cjp

,

We're sorry to hear about this. Can you try using our other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps. You may also try switching to another internet connection to see if that works.

Regards,

Tarun

Hey @tallulahwwww @nickcassway and @maperrsdotart  - I've just recorded a video which 'should' resolve this issue. Please would be able to try these steps and let me know if this resolves your problem? https://www.loom.com/share/750104936d7641bc8d66c48548d1e379?sid=92d0e3bb-21c4-42cd-bda8-f5d88dbe258c

Hi @nickcassway , thanks for reporting this - I'm going to check in with the engineering team to see what suggestions they have.

Sorry to keep posting on this; another thing popped up that seemed to deepen the mystery or, maybe, help resolve the issue.

I tried to schedule a post on Facebook when I signed in through some group I am part of on the platform (as I said earlier, I cannot see the page that I would like to associate with Adobe Express). In the preview for the post, a different avatar appears; one for a completely separate account that I was previously logged in with and had since the removed association within Meta Business Suite. See the image below. Is there some kind of internal cache in Adobe Express?

@Andy Lambert , to follow up on yesterday, I am still experiencing this issue with Instagram. I have used my edu account as well as my gmail account to login to express but to no avail.  Additionally, when I try to connect to Facebook, I only see groups that I am subscribed to and not my business asset (page?) that I use. I have successfully connected to Pinterest and LinkedIn, however. Please advise. Thank you.

I see the bug was fixed, yet I am experiencing the same thing. Please let me know if there is any further advice.

Thanks

Hio @tallulahwwww  - what issue are you seeing? Please can  you share any screenshots? This technical problem has now been solved and we are not seeing other reports, so I'm keen to know what you're experiencing.

Thanks!Andy

Hey @maperrsdotart  and @tallulahwwww , I'm so sorry about this - this was a bug that has now been resolved. I would suggest disconnecting and reconnection your accounts now.

Thanks!Andy
