The program allows me to see and attempt to add, then spontaneously crashes with no error message or method to correct. Seriously destroys the usage on iOS devices.

Hi @hillemmanuel

If you are using iOS 18.4 beta, please check this response: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-bugs/uploads-not-working/idc-p/15188237#M25239

If you are running the iOS 18.4 beta, then please un-install it to work around. There is a bug with lastest iOS beta that interacts with our latest release, bug has been logged with Apple

Hope this helps

Hi

@hillemmanuel

Welcome to the community! I’m really sorry to hear that Adobe Express is crashing on your iOS device. Could you share a few more details, such as:

  • Your iOS version
  • Your Adobe Express app version
  • The specific action you were taking before the crash

To help resolve this, here are a few steps that might fix the issue:

  1. Restart Your Device - Sometimes a simple restart can clear temporary issues.
  2. Check for App Updates- Please check the App Store to ensure you’re using the latest version of Adobe Express.
  3. Reinstall the App - Uninstalling and reinstalling can help refresh the app’s data.
  4. Free Up Storage Space - Low storage can sometimes cause crashes, so checking available space might help.
  5. Try a Different File - If the crash happens when adding a specific image or asset, testing with another file could help narrow down the issue.
  6. Ensure iOS is Up to Date- Running the latest iOS version can improve compatibility and stability.

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun
