download button disappeared

We are glad that you do not have such a problem and that you collect information for your developers from "not all" users from different regions and with different operating systems, browsers... who have the same problem. So we will wait and pay for Adobe services that we cannot fully use and work. Thanks for everyone who posted here and has helped try to better understand this. As @Amitej S mentioned, not everyone encounters this. I tested in a few different accounts and they all worked normal for me. We're trying to collect info to share with our developers to help get it fixed.

Thank you very much for the advice, but this doesn't work either. It's strange that customers have to look for a solution after Adobe's change. Fortunately, we have no problem with other online tools besides Adobe.

Adobe made a change in the html code and the size of the download button is 0*0 px. Therefore, the button is not visible. We have been trying for the third day to explain to the Adobe employees that the problem is on their side, unfortunately, so far without results. We trust that someone smart from Adobe will fix the problem on their end.
