Hello, I keep getting we were not able to license all stock content when attempting to download. I tried upgrading my account to the next level and keeps throwing the same error on majority of the assets. What's expected here?

I spent more than a week creating a liquid syllabus in Express, and now I cannot create a link to share it with my students because Adobe says it isn't able to “license some content.” How do I determine which content is causing the problem? I have the premium account and am only using Adobe images.

My syllabus is full of images, so I am going to have to recreate it (at the very last minute) in Canva. I am frustrated beyond measure.

Turning off ad/pop-up blockers does nothing for me.

I am using a suuuuuper basic template. Says to delete items with exlamation marks. There are no elements with exclamation marks.

Guys, I found the way you can use a third-party app, like connecting Google Drive to Adobe. You're wondering how I could do that. 1. Search for add-ons (usually on the left).

It looks like this: then you press connect to Google Drive, then you have to log in with your account, and then you are connected!!

you thought you were done nope, we are half way close to finishing it haha.

Next step: after connecting to Google Drive, it should pop up on the right like this:

You see the black button that says "upload to Google Drive." Press it, then go to your Google Drive (https://drive.google.com/drive/home) and login. You can see your file, but you have to make a file name.
