Error 'not able to license all stock content" when attempting to download

Hello, I keep getting we were not able to license all stock content when attempting to download. I tried upgrading my account to the next level and keeps throwing the same error on majority of the assets. What's expected here?

I also need help with this; I can't work without it and have tried everything. The "correct answer" of diabling pop ups does not work. Please assist urgently.

Shut off your pop up blocker! I've been able to use it since I this this.

Me too  - I pay for this and for this not to be resolved is quite frankly ridiculous. Exactly the same issue; I pay for the full whack, no formats allow me to download.

Hi, Im having the same issue, I Have a paid account, the format doesnt matter, PDF or PNG, JPEG same error message. I really need this document please resolve ASAP.

Hi Tarun.

I have an active subscription, everything is paid and I see the invoices on my panel

 

 

Pls check and fix it ASAP, I'm not able to work and use Adobe Express

Hi, I have the same issue, what is going on? My subscription is enabled

 

I'm not able to download any project to PNG or PDF

I Have the same issue more time, i try to download normal PNG format. According to me it doesnt matter which format i use, it happens and i ask why? When we are paying for services. Thank you
