Sorry to hear you have been dealing with this issue for months. When we launched the new version of Adobe Express in August 2023, we migrated files and brands from the previous version. Looks like in your case, brand migration never completed, so you are left with the poor experience shown in the screenshot you posted.

There might be a way to run a command in your browser to restart the brand migration process; if you are willing to give that a try, please send me a direct message (navigate to https://community.adobe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/11927426, sign in with your adobe id, and click the Message button).

I don't understand how you create a product and don't see errors that appear on the platform, this here has been here for months, the screen covers the library and I can't navigate because this screen doesn't load and doesn't leave there, when we click on the image or a text, the side keeps opening and closing a horrible lag, I'm an Adobe customer but these grotesque errors are unfortunate, it seems that they only want to sell packages and no longer care about the quality of the products.
