Files changing photos

I have multiple projects that when I open them the photos I uploaded or even the photos I selected from your files will change to what looks like an AI generated image. Even though I did not change them myself. The weirder thing is that the pictures will show up at first and them suddenly change to something else. Even the preview icon under "recent" projects will show it the way I created it and then change upon clicking on it.

This issue also occurs here. Interestingly, in Apple Safari, the images appear incorrect with a replaced random image, but when the project is opened in Chrome, all images display correctly. So it seems to be a compatibility issue between some browsers and Adobe XD?

Just to say, this is still happening to me, seemingly not being taken seriously by Adobe, it doesn't happen in private incognito but that is frustrating to have to open just because of the issue...

Same problem over here, would love to know why this happening. It is so frustrating having to recreate my files.

When I exit Express and then go back onto the platform, a bug has appeared where any images I have uploaded to the project changes randomly to another image from a different project.

- What device are you using?
- Is this from a browser or a mobile device?

- Would it be possible to share screenshots of the issue?

I am facing the same issue.

-the file has no history related to the photos that appear. If I choose a photo from my desktop it changes to something else. Person at help desk says she does see the correct photo. Impossible to work.

-Incognito browser cave same problem

-I am just trying to use another browser, but this is weird that this is not happening with anything else I do...

It seems the libraries are confused.. I open up an image I am working on, it briefly shows the correct view than it randomly replaces each layer with other images in my library.

Yes this is happening to me too & it's so frustrating. I've cleared my history after fixing it. Used a different browser. IT's been happening for weeks.

The images are still automatically replaced by other images when when I am editing or uploading new images in the edit. Most of my new files got messed up by this bug. (image attached: trying to upload an image of a puppy, but it is automatically replaced by other image which I used in other file few months ago.)

Hey @Toki5D2C, Welcome to our community!!

Can you let us know if this is happening with just one project or if all the projects are experiencing this? If you duplicate the current project with correct images, do the images change in both the original and duplicated file?

I'd also suggest you try working after clearing the cache/cookies of the current browser to check if that makes any difference.
