Generative fill

1. After upload the photo, the "generative fill" is not showing up on left side in most cases. 2. I had succeed 1 time. However, when I tried again, it does not work. There is no progress after I click "generate".

    Thanks for responding. Your email does not show up on the the Adobe Community forum so you will have to send me a direct message. To do this, you can navigate to https://community.adobe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/11927426

    in the browser, sign in with your adobe id if needed, and click the Message button.

     

    It costs 1 credit for each set of results (3–4 images) you get after you hit the Generate button. The credit will be used up even if the results are not to your liking.

      1. If you are seeing a blank left side panel when you select the image, we're aware of this bug and are working on a fix. Reloading the browser page should fix this though.

       

       

      2. For the second issue, are you saying that you do not see the gray shimmering thumbnails and the rainbow effect (to indicate that Generate is in progress)?

       

       

      If so, could you please send me a private message with your adobe id (email that you sign in with)? This will help me look into associated logs.

        Thanks for your response.

        1. I had refreshed and tried to repeat the process many times. So far, I
        have only succeeded 1 time. I even closed the PC, cleared all cookies.

        2. I am using this email for login.
        - there is no rainbow effect on my uploaded image.
        - there is no progress at all. It just seems to "freeze". However, the
        system responded when I clicked any other tabs.

        3. I tried to do the same in Firefly. Surprisingly, the result is totally
        unacceptable. Generative Fill of Express is much much better than Firefly.

        I am trying to test and plan to subscribe. My understanding is it costs 1
        credit for each generative fill result? or for each download file?
        Do I need to pay if I am not satisfied with the generated result?
