Getting Things Ready 98%

I have a problem with app. It's been two days and I couldn't use the app properly because whenever I clicked my projects (any of my projects) it would only get stucked on the “GETTING THINGS READY 98%”. 

 

I already did these solution and nothing can fix my app. Please help me. I can't edit because of this.

 

  1. I did clear the cache 
  2. Uninstall then reinstalled the app
  3.  Turn off the wifi
  4.  Clear the data of the app

    The time is 4.05 PM since morning I was not able to upload my photo for editing

    Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know the make and model of your device? Did you try on the desktop? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference? 

     

    Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV 

     

    If that does not help, try switching the internet connection to check if that helps.

    I can't download my projects in PDF format (either of the formats) on both website (Google Chrome on Macbook) and the app (Android, Xiaomi). When processing the PDF it doesn't move from 0% and then shows an error with the information to try again.

    I've restarted the browser and cleared cache and cookies.

      I thought it was just me! I've had issues for over a week on my phone. Did everything as everyone else, had an update a few days ago which I did and that didn't help either! I can still access on chromebook and computer but it's the ease of access using my phone. I have a Huawei and premium account so it's disappointing to not have access to all features when I pay monthly. Do Adobe have an estimated timeframe of a fix?

      I have a Samsung s25 ultra and I cannot load any new projects. It gets constantly stuck whenever I click on anything saying "getting things ready" at 98%

       

      Even if I leave my phone open for 15 minutes, it will not go beyond 98%. It works fine on my s23 ultra and my computer.

      The problem is still not fixed. I am able to work on the computer but not in the app, which makes things a lot more complicated.

        There's a problem with this app every other week. One of the more broken design apps I've used. Started using express like 4 years ago and there's always an issue.

        Adobe express on android, updated 12/12/25

        App opens up ,yowever impossible to open previous projects, nor create a new

        It is stuck at 98% of 'preparing files ' prompt

         this is my problem with the Adaobi app for a week now! I've been stranded 😭 and unable to access my files please help. "I have restarted the app many times still same problem it keep showing getting things.
