Getting Things Ready 98%

I have a problem with app. It's been two days and I couldn't use the app properly because whenever I clicked my projects (any of my projects) it would only get stucked on the “GETTING THINGS READY 98%”. 

 

I already did these solution and nothing can fix my app. Please help me. I can't edit because of this.

 

  1. I did clear the cache 
  2. Uninstall then reinstalled the app
  3.  Turn off the wifi
  4.  Clear the data of the app

Same problem for me,  very frustrating!

I reinstall the app, it works once then it's at 98% everytime.  I'm nkt deleting the app and reinstalling it everytime I want to use it.  Very disappointed as the app came highly regarded, buy won't work.

Hi, my adobe express keeps saying getting ready but nothing happens. I have logged out, logged back in, and still the same. My wifi signal is excellent. This is npt the first time this has happened. Im running a small business and its frustrating if i cant get things done. 

I need to speak to someone to cancel my subscription.

I've got the same problem, but I can't do anything. Not even start a new project. I've also tried everything, but nothing works.

Hello I have been having issues with opening a saved project and/or QuickActions on my Samsung mobile, it remains at 98%

I have cleared cache, with no joy. The only way I can resolve the issue is to reboot my phone. This has happened each time today, having to reboot my phone 3 times.  It does load ok on the PC web version. Please advise.

We're sorry to hear about this issue. Could you please let us know the model of your device you are using? Please ensure that there is enough space in your device. Is this issue limited to a specific project or affecting all projects? 

 

Please try reinstalling the app to check if that helps.

My Adobe Photoshop mobile is not loading projects. Gets stuck on 98%

  • Every time I try to open a file, it gets stuck at 98% loading completion.  If I uninstall and reinstall it works once but after closing the app and trying to open a file again it starts getting stuck again.  This started on 12-8-25

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know which file format you are trying to open? Do you get any error message? Is that so? Could you please share a screenshot of the error? Also, which platform are you using i.e, is it a desktop or a mobile app?

Hello, Thank you for the fast response. I'm using my Samsung phone on the
mobile app. There is no error code, it simply never gets past 98% when I
try to reopen a project or start a new project.

When I uninstall the app and reinstall it, the loading screen looks
different as well. It's squares and circles moving around on the screen
but when it fails it's a standard loading bar moving left to right.

Hello, I am having the SAME EXACT ISSUE. I have removed the app and reinstalled, turned off my phone and restarted and NOTHING works. It sits at 98% forever. It is now unusable. I cannot get into any of "my stuff" and my work is wasted. There is literally no access to anything. Soo frustrated!
