I have a problem with app. It's been two days and I couldn't use the app properly because whenever I clicked my projects (any of my projects) it would only get stucked on the “GETTING THINGS READY 98%”.

I already did these solution and nothing can fix my app. Please help me. I can't edit because of this.

I did clear the cache
Uninstall then reinstalled the app
Turn off the wifi
Clear the data of the app

Same happening to me on Android app after Generative AI prompt and when clicking My Stuff. Just used the Generate Photo feature on laptop browser seven hours ago.

Please fix the app!

Hi @DoomNoodleJDL, this shouldn't be happening! Could you please share the Android version and the version of the Express app installed on the device? Also, have you tried using the webapp from any desktop device to see if it works fine?

We'd also like to know if this issue occurs while accessing a specific file type or with any/all files under 'My stuff'.

If possible, please share a screenrecording for us to investigate this.

So, every time I try to do anything like moving an image to the left or right...with my finger because ADOBE TOOK THE NUDGE FEATURE AWAY, I need to turn off my device and wait, what, 5 minutes, then turn it back on, and try to move an image 2 pixels to the left or right again?

Welcome to the community.

I can only imagine how frustrating this is.
Could you provide a bit more information:

- The device you are using?

- system you are running?

Last... whenever something like this has happened to me I turn my device off and turn it back on. I always go back to the basics.

Hello, thanks! I tried turning off my phone and yeah, it became okay. But
after exiting the app, it gets back to the problem which is the getting
things ready.

Getting things ready... on 98% on Adobe Express app in Indonesia. Really frustrating. Can't use this app here. What's going on??? I don't have no idea, please your help. It's even loading on loop forever when I got started. Thanks..!
