Bug Reports

hi i am a premium member but adobe is not allowing me to create more generative content. it says that my credits are done for the month. when I try to purchase extra credits it says that you already have this feature

I've tried many many times on my Mac browser and iPhone app and am never able to download beyond 89% before the download errors out. I've tried logging out and back in again, clearing my cookies/cache, etc. I don't know what is wrong.

I have created a few videos in the last 24 hours and I can't get any of them to fully download. It stalls at 89% and never finishes. Please help!

Obrigado

help says I should get to the part I want and i should have a menu come up that says trim. I don't have that coming up.

Most of My files from the past 2 years especially did not migrate to the new version. I created them on mobile and saved them to my phone. I never uploaded them to the cloud.

Won’t let me use app cause storage full… but I have nothing

I am frustrated with this recent overhaul of the mobile app for Adobe Express. There is not a way to merely add a basic shape to the design. Will you please bring back some of the more “simple” aspects of Adobe Express? This new app is far too difficult to navigate and doesn’t have as many features as the older, simpler version.

Are the teams not communicating? I rely on Adobe Express and the library of templates I've built to make quick updates. Now that my iPhone app updated ALL my files on my iPad are gone. This. Is. Crazy.  Is there a timeline on when the iPad app will be pushed out?  What's going on with you, Adobe? Slackin.

No puedo descargar el video generado

All I get is a screen saying coming soon.   Very tired of all this....

I don't understand I've been a premium member since 2019...why do I suddenly need to start a payment plan????

Every time I try to use a feature on this app, it continues to tell me to upgrade the premium. I have already paid for a premium account so I don’t know why this keeps happening.

In the section animate from audio it is not possible to upload an audio file for me, why?

All my recent projects disappeared. I can't find any of the projects I have created.

I can't download this, but no error
