I can’t open any of my projects or create new ones. It just won’t load. I’ve upgraded to premium and still nothing is working. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling but that’s not working either.

Pouvez vous m’aider il faudrait que je retrouve tout mes fichiers créer sur ma tablette ainsi que les fichiers créer avec mon téléphone sur ma tablette aussi et vice versa

Muy buenas tardes son las 20:34 Hrs y me gustaria informar que los textos, es decir todo lo que tenga letras no esta cargando, esta con el símbolo de carga eternamente... Trabajo en un MacBook Air M1 y siempre me ha funcionado de lo mejor, pero ahora mismo se ha quedado pegado, no se mueve. Ingreso a un proyecto en el cual tengo 20 textos y tengo ahi mismo 10 minutos esperando a que carguen... Esto no es la primera vez que ocurre.... Necesito ayuda urgente ya que tengo que cumplir con plazos de entrega

na animação por áudio, eu escolho personagem e cenário, faço upload do áudio e ele fica computando e depois de chegar aos 100 %, diz que não é possível fazer a animação. esse erro já persiste por 3 dias.

I have a video that is all original content that I created but it won't allow me to download because it says I have content licensing issue. It says it would show a grey triangle but there are not any.

Hi, I tried uploading directly from AE to my Google Drive account, and it stopped at 96% in all three browsers noted below. It took one minute to reach that point before stopping for at least three more, then nothing happened. I tried canceling it after waiting around, and it wouldn't let me. Should I have waited longer? Also, the add-on didn't let me choose a video resolution before uploading.
