I have been. trying to connect to fb & it always cme with the same message connection failed.

Adobe Express will not allow the scheduler to connect to Instagram. This used to work, but it has not been functional for about a month now. I keep getting a '502 Bad Gateway' Message when I try to connect.

I've changed my preference in Adobe Cloud but it always defaults to french when I go to Adobe Express. I live in Quebec so I'm guessing this may have been a directive from the Fascist QC government.

I noticed that "Your Stuff" files do not open as "edit" file" if viewing in list mode. When clicked, it opens "add as image" or "Add as page" options only. But when switched to GRID mode, the files have the 3 dots behind the preview icon from which you can open the file for edit. I wished one could A) open to edit in both GRID MODE and LIST MODE. Also- that menu used to have options to have a shortcut to "duplicate" or add...now it just slows down the workflow. Thanks!

I can not share my video using the link option. I can not change the settings to share with anyone who has the link.

Hey everyone! I started using Adobe Express a year ago and have made my own library and brand with logos, colours and items for our social media communication. The last moth or so Adobe Express have had difficulties reading my colour library. I see them under brands, duplicated but they dont appear under backround colour or text selection so I cant use them.  Are there any solutions to this? Its very frustrating seeig all my library items but not being able to use them!    

Is it possible to fix the sound or put this book I recorded back into the old version?

Hi, I can't download my video. There is this message appearing when I try to do it (see picture). I checked several time and I can't see the red icon or the music's bar isn't grey.... I'm not sure why it doesn't work. Can you check what's going on? Thank you!

My stuff is no let nger aynchronized between devices (iPhone-iPad) and I am unsure why. It also seems that info tuba r an option to force the iPad to load the files present on the iPhone. This is concerning because as little as a week or two ago I was using both devices to work on a single project and now my iPad appears to be missing all projects I’ve worked in in the last several years. I also don’t want to begin a new project on the iPad to have a greater issue develop between the two devices.

For almost a week now I have noticed that I am not able to download files as PDFs. This has been happening with multiple files. Downloading as JPEG works just fine, but not PDF

The "Upload" button is no longer available to add my downloaded texts from my computer.

It won't download my video. The pop-up box after its getting ready does not appear. I also can't click browse your device to upload the screenshot which shows that it isn't working.
