Removing background doesn't work at all. I have to use other websites for that (there are quite a lot). I thought Adobe offers quality, but it seems that it works badly.

Video keeps freezing, glitching, and not playing properly

L'option pour ajouter 2 couleurs à une image n'est plus disponible, nous ne pouvons que mettre qu'une seule couleur au filtre ce qui est impensable car cela réduit de 90% notre capacité à créer de beaux visuels. Sans l'option bichromie pour mettre du bleu en ton clair et du noir en ton sombre par exemple, c'est très compliqué de travailler. Est-ce normal ?

If I am zoomed in working on an edit every time I click on object working with it auto re centers the page every time. SUPER annoying when working.

I originally made a photo fade in, but I changed it to slide in. It's stuck fading in. I tried removing all animation and re-selecting slide in. It only fades in.

My layers panel disappeared.

Hi there I created a new brand on the desktop app. It works on the desktop. However, if i create a new story on the mobile app and click on "apply brand" my new brand is not shown... How can I create stories in my brand from the mobile app? Please help me. Kind regards

I can't access some of my previous media on the platform. When I click on my previous video media that I want to edit, it keeps on directing me to the wrong video.

I cant open a project

Non riesco più ad accedere ai documenti all'interno delle mie cartelle.

My video won't play, the play button turns to a spinning wheel. I can't make edits.

I was setting up "Basis copy" to pubsish on social media, when my copied pages suddenly disappeared after selecting one of the pages.

My file has been trying to save for over 12 hours now and will not let me download it. What is the problem? I can't work if I can't download what I make.

I created some customized vidoe files. While the fiel list shows them, when I open it I see that the page just keeps on loading. I do nto see my video.

I uploaded an audio clip separately to a video file, but I can't seem to access that audio to delete it or move the placement now, where do you edit audio layers? I only see mute on the video, but this a separate file and layer.
