Hello, the button "upload from this device" does not work - it does not prompt any actions on adobe express.

Video clips are constantly running into buffering issues - reloading does not seem to help, relaunching browser does not help. This is almost unusable. I am trying to be in your camp because a single creative platform makes a lot of sense organizationally for us - but this is crazy.

I can't figure out how to use "Grids". There doesn't seem to be an obvious way to change out the photo being used.

Try Premium option does not work for Brave and Edge browsers. The loading page shows forever.

Text is exporting as bold even though it doesnt appear in the editor.

The previous version was much quicker when editing. The new version is painfully slow. It is almost unusable. The latency in each single edit is painful. Why is this? What's changed? I still have fibre to home; nothing has changed there.

The existing images on my file are appearing blank when i try to edit it again. Please help

I opened a webpage in order to upload a couple photos to it, but when I tried to upload the photos from my desktop they didn't appear and it didn't indicate it was loading or working on it at all. I tried both selecting them on the website and dragging them from my desktop. I tried restarting my computer and converting them from JPEG to PNG but that didn't work either.

We have added photos to a webpage and been back to add extra things and the photos are gone. We sometimes have to re-add them or other times they show up again. We have published pages with photos and only some photos show up.. It has only started happening recently with Adobe Express. It is very frustrating. We started off using Spark for our school website and this didn't happen. It only seems to happen lately with the update of Express. I have seen chat forums mention this issue.

My apologies, I got frustrated this afternoon. There was an issue with exporting from the caption tool to adobe express. I didn't give me access to the sidebar on the right to adjust layers and groups of subtitles. Multiples exports didn't make a difference. I went with another solution so it's no longer a problem. It is still a bug that happened. And again, my apologies for last report.

Die neue Browser Version von Express ist nicht zu gebrauchen, da jeder Klick mindestens 10 Sekunden braucht und einzelne Funktionen dauernd aufgefrischt werden. Ich muss mich wohl nach einer anderen App umsehen. So ist ein Arbeiten nicht möglich.
