お世話になります。 スライドなどすると直ぐに接続が切れて、何度も読み込み直します( ；∀；) フォントの読み込みも遅くて辛い。。 最終的に完全に読み込めなくなります。 エラーメッセージは、 35fed808-ee8c-464a-ae19-be01f3f73847 とでました。 検索しても解決法がわかりません。 どの様に解決すれば良いか教えていただけますと助かります。 よろしくお願いいたします。

So basically I was trying to resize a project and then found that the numbers I entered kept changing after I hit the "resize" button. In this example (see video) I tried to add the amount of bleed to a print size (so 0.125 inches x 2 on both sizes to the original size) The end result is the size reduced a great deal instead of enlarged.

I worked on my project for like 2-3 days and I came back on to add some finishing touches but its all gone.

When I am building a webpage the option for custom themes is not available,. There is a message that it is coming soon, but that is not helpful. What is the date for custom themes to return to adobe express?

Ich würde gerne Stories planen auf Instagram und Facebook. Doch leider ist es nicht möglich ein jpg-Bild zu posten. Sowohl bei Instagram als auch bei Facebook erscheinen Fehlermeldungen, die nicht nachvollziehbar sind. Ein einzelnen jpg-Bild zu posten sollte bei keinem der beiden Kanäle ein Problem sein. Ich hoffe diese Fehler können schnell behoben werden. Vielen Dank!

The published links for web page projects are redirecting back to one project, not the correct one. I have five different web pages built, each with a different published shareable link, but when I click or copy/paste the URL into my browser, the page redirects to the same project.

icons not adding to the page

Everytime i open a file the images, text, add ons, icon,etc. wont show up

I have only been using adobe for a few months now and I seem to be having problems accessing photos and templates. Neither are available to me this morning and its beyond upsetting.

How can I access my content and edit the projects?? I tried logging in via my other adobe account to no avail. They aren't there either. I tried logging in various ways i.e. through gmail, email, Facebook, etc. Still no luck.

Downloads failing in multiple locations, (Wifi not an issue). Gets to 90% then stops. It's when I am trying to download a pdf (muliptle pages in one file).

I go through and delete spaces, and I keeps popping up the tools icon, and then they keep popping up and then adobe express crashes
