No se quiere descargar ni como pDF ni como PNG

I've been unable to download an edited 1 minute video all day. I have a strong internet connection.

Whenever i upload any image there is always the warning sign and doesnt upload ... i cannot use this software anymore

Why can't I download this as a PDF

I have tried to Upgrade my membership Via the app and desktop website. I tried to upgrade my membership through the application, but it would crash the app and not allow me to change the old Debit card on file.

My account is locked and not working

The app crashes constantly on iPhone 12 ever since it upgraded a few months ago

I noticed today that the lock object feature seems to be missing from Adobe Express. I checked both my Personal and Work accounts. Previously locked objects are still locked, but if you unlock them, you do not have the option to lock them again. On new Adobe Express files, objects there is no option to lock. With my work I create templates for various clients and losing this option is a huge issue for me as I can not modify/create new templates and this is delaying work. Anyone else dealing with this? Adobe Express team is this a bug? Please give us the ability to lock objects/text again 🙂Version: Adobe Express Web DesktopPlatform: MacOS Sonoma 14.5

I am unable to edit any of my projects

nothing loads, nothing works, extremely irritating

my iphone has not allowed me to move past the landing screen of the app. it never activates. the only way i can activate my account is via web which is irritating. i feel like i shout get credited for the last few months.

I open my file through the web and the left panel no longer shows up. I can not download my file either.

I go to upload a picture to edit and I only click it once it shows one photo selected and when I upload it, upload the same image up to six times. Then when the is uploaded and I go to edit it, it won’t let me move around or do any edits to it

Often when I copy and paste an object from one page to another within a project, I can see the object on the right but it's not visible on the page. Even after refreshing the screen.

Hey there, I just wanted to let you know that there was a bug that I didn't have access to a file I made on my account, I was not logged into any other account nor did I have the file open in any other tab. I eventually got it to work by allowing "anyone with the link" edit it.

I cannot download the video I have been working on the entire night - it say there is a download error.

Hi! Basically, no app works, it says "unable to connect", but wifi works just fine, everything else works, only adobe cloud apps do not work for 2 days now...

My project file is completely missing

I cannot download my video.

I've seen two issues pop up recently in my projects. 1. As the creator of files, once my page is published and I try to click on it as a viewer, I'm getting a 404 error. 2. A handful of random recipients will try to follow the published link and are being sent to the Adobe Express homepage and being asked to login.
