Bei mir hat ein Neustart des PCs geholfen.

Anhand deines Names schlussfolgere ich mal, dass du auch aus Deutschland kommst.

Vielleicht ist es ein regionales Problem. Hoffen wir mal, dass Adobe es zeitnah behebt. Die anderen Programme in der Creative Cloud funktionieren.
