i had a working manageable QR code last week and its gone from my files in adobe express

Hi everyone,

This remains under investigation. The dynamic QR code feature is still in beta, and the team is looking into reports that the Manage QR Codes option and previously tracked dynamic codes are no longer appearing.

At this point, we have not confirmed that the codes or tracking data have been deleted, so please avoid recreating or replacing printed codes solely because the management panel is missing.

I’ll update this thread as soon as we have confirmed information or next steps.

I was able to create and track my QR code in march 2026 but now the feature disappeared. Customer service told me to fill out a bug report and send me a link but there was no form on there. Why am I not able to see it anymore?

The feature to track scans is the only reason I got it through Adobe and now it is not available? That makes no sense.

Yep I’m having the same issue - I had previously been able to create dynamic QR codes and track them but all of a sudden I now can’t, makes no sense!

Same issue! I printed a code on product packaging expecting it to be dynamic. I would really appreciate a fix this week.

Hi @Maddie29783774weah - Just an FYI -- the team is working on it, but we do still consider dynamic QR codes to be a beta feature in Express, so just something to be aware of as you’re working with them!

I have just gone in to retrieve data from the dynamic codes I created in September for my client and totally vanished. Why has this been removed Adobe? Now I have to go back to my client and tell them I have lost all the information collected from their QR code.

As far as I am aware, I don’t believe the data is lost. I will ask internally to confirm, but they’re looking at how to restore the functionality now!
