Issue: Dynamic QR code tracking is gone

i had a working manageable QR code last week and its gone from my files in adobe express

      Hi everyone,

      This remains under investigation. The dynamic QR code feature is still in beta, and the team is looking into reports that the Manage QR Codes option and previously tracked dynamic codes are no longer appearing.

      At this point, we have not confirmed that the codes or tracking data have been deleted, so please avoid recreating or replacing printed codes solely because the management panel is missing.

      I’ll update this thread as soon as we have confirmed information or next steps.

      The QR code management feature has disappeared here as well. How can I access this management section again? Has it been moved, or has it simply vanished? I use Edge. I’d also like to request a feature to manage QR codes via the mobile app; my version of the app has never had this, and it would be a very helpful addition. If this feature is no longer going to be available, please let me know, as I will cancel my subscription. Thank you!

      Hey ​@DaniloCosse - the team is looking into it on the desktop - I don’t think there’s a mobile version, but you can definitely create a Feature Request on our Adobe Express Uservoice - the product team actively monitors that page!

      I am using Chome browser and after a restart there is still no controls on the QR code menu for manage my QR codes.  The original QR code is not in my files on the Adobe express browser at all.

      The original QR code also wouldn’t necessarily appear as a regular Express file, since QR management/history is separate from the standard file list. I don’t think another browser restart is the right next step here, so I’m going to look into the QR management behavior specifically and update the thread when I know more.

      Hi ​@Tony38749704ugeq, thanks for flagging this. Since you had access to Manage QR Codes last week and now both the management option and your previously manageable QR code are no longer showing, I’d like to treat this as a new issue rather than assume it’s related to an earlier report.

      Could you let us know which browser you’re using, and whether Manage QR Codes is missing after signing out and back in or trying another browser? If possible, please also share a screenshot of what you’re seeing in Adobe Express.

      That will help us determine whether this needs to be escalated.

      Manage your QR codes has also disappeared for me, this was really important, how do we track how successful the codes were now?
