Low Quality Pictures online - URGENT

My images are perfect in the editor, but when I publish them and view them on another computer, whatever browser I'm using, the PNG photos are completely compressed. What is the optimum format and resolution to provide for Adobe Express that once published retains the same quality without any automatic compression? More over I could not find the Publish Advanced Options button... Thank you in advance for your help. LINK: https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/MY2zEhBlyvNW1 Best Regards. Thierry MALET

I am also having this problem, and have tried sizing images both up and down. but nothing I've tried helps: images, particularly those with rasterized type, are fine in preview, and then become unusably pixelated when published.

Hi @Thierry32233109aqq4@Grant5CA6

Could you pelase check now? A fix has been deployed and we have positive confirmation from some users. (I am not sure if the fix requires a re-publish; I'd check without re-publishing first.)

Thanks,

I am experiencing the exact same issue. Extremely frustrated to be delivering work to clients that is not up to standard.

Hi @Thierry32233109aqq4

I am afraid I don't have specific timelines for this. But I know this is high on the team's priority list.

Thanks for your reply Abhi. This is the Bug 62584.

1. When do you think it will be fixed?

2. When will custom creation for Webpage be operational ?

Best regards.
