Is this the Beta build?

Were you on the Android Beta program for Express? If so, you will see screenshots like you shared if you are still using that beta build. You should switch to the released app on the AppStore, which should show you the banner up top where you trigger migrating your files from

Also, if you could tell me your userID, that might enable us to look up data from server logs and figure out what happened

Did you ever see the banner previously, or choose the option to migrate your old files to the new version?  Or did it look like this from the very first time you started up the new app?
