Keeps downloading a previous graphic I made, after changing the logo. Also started to download just a blank white square instead of the graphic designed in the app.

    Express videos downloading blank and white, created an entirely new file and RECREATED the entire video and is still downloading blank and white – I don't know what to do

    No puedo descargar este archivo en formato mp4. otros si se pueden descargar. Trate duplicandolo pero su duplicado tampoco permite descarga. mi compañera ahora recibe un mensaje intermitente que dice "falta algo... tus sistema no es compatible"

    Video plays fine within Xpress but once I download and try to view the file all I can see is a blank white mp4 file.

    Any progress done is not being automatically saved. I am not sure how to fix this situation. after I log out and log back in, the work is never saved, and it also open the file as a viewer, and not an editor anymore.
