I cannot access my latest creation. I only see loading actvitity and a grey tile, ending up with the following error code: UUID: b8828034-72ea-437b-8adc-ac4e858279fb

Help! I need this project by today.

That's great to hear, @kollaria!
Do you recall the origin of "Eurostile Extended Regular"  -- the version of the font that does not work?

Thanks

Hi, thanks for that. I will give it a try when I get back to work tomorrow and let you know how it goes.

Hi @kollaria,

I see two versions of Eurostile Extended in your screenshot:

- Eurostile Ext Regular: valid preview

- Eurostile Extended Regular: Preview unavailable

Could you try switching all usage of this font in your design to the former, and then try to download?

Thanks

Abhi G

...Eurostile Ext Regular (plus it's other formats) were all available in "your fonts"

In the screenshot, the 'library' font with the green dot was the one I just added to my library from the 'your fonts' list.

Interesting, I had a suspicion it had something to do with the fonts as the only image file I can see are those without fonts. I don't have the icon from the link you provided. All my fonts have the icon with the crown/check mark. Here are some screenshots of the text box in edit -

I have and use an extensive list of fonts under 'your fonts'. Do I need to add all of them to my library? Does that make any difference? These are all fonts I used regularly in the previous version.

@kollaria the logs indicate that the download failed because of a font access issue. Are you using any custom fonts that you (or someone you collaborate with) uploaded? And do you see any warning icons next to your text objects or in the font picker (similar to https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-bugs/downloaded-fonts-not-able-to-use/idi-p/14146819?attachment-id=171743)?

@kollaria could you post the url of your file (from the browser's address bar when the file is open) so we may inspect error logs?

Thanks
