Sorry to hear the workarounds did not work. If yor recall which image you might have copy/pasted into this file, I'd recommened deleting it. You can add again but avoid copy+paste (for now); instead, download it from the source, then add it to the Express file using the "Upload from device" button.

I did exactly what you said, tried everything, workarounds but this problem still keeps occuring, much of my work has come to a halt! Kindly help! Or else I will have to think of cancelling my Adobe creative cloud subsrciption from February 2026 onwards

Could you check the workarounds suggested in that post?
