Old files won't download

While I understand that old files are no longer editable, the function to download these files is not working at all. 1. I click on the file and am told that it can't be accessed but can be downloaded. 2. I click to download and am told this will happen in the background and I'll be alerted when done. 3. It never downloads (24 hours +)

I'm having the same problem!! It's an old Spark video and I can't get it to download to even see it...
