Paid Content

Hi all,

For those with Education accounts running the "paid content" error on download, could you please try again now (if you have a browser window open on Adobe Express, be sure to refresh it first)?

Please post here if you still see the issue.

Unfortunately, uninstalling and re-installing premium fonts will not circumvent the "paid content" issue; you will need to change their usage in your Express file (to a free font).

But that's only if you wish to be unblocked immediately; we are very close to a fix so you won't see this issue with Education accounts 🤞

Yes it is an educator account. What I refered to is I uninstalled to font, thus removing it from being availble in my adobe products, and the then reinstalled.

Are you using an an Education account? The "paid content" error, so far, seems to be specific to Education, account. I am also not sure what the steps "removed the family and installed it" refer to; could you please clarify where in the UI you took these actions?

Same here. It shows a font that is premium but my account does have access to it. Have removed the family and installed it nd yet it still gives the paid content. Any help?

I belive I have the same problem, please could you help me? 

I orginally created my files express.adobe.com and now on new.express.adobe.com It comes up with "Paid Content: Unable to Download."

I have files created in the original version that I am unable to download due to paid content. And there is only uploaded art in the graphic. What could the paid content be?
