Whenever I go to download my file which I've looked through multiple times for paid content but I am still unable to download my file due to "paid content"

    Hi,

     

    Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Was the file originally created in the previous version of Express (express.adobe.com) and coverted over, or in the new one (new.express.adobe.com)?
