I can download .png just fine but PDF download freezes at 90%. I'm using it in browser and cleared my cache already. What can i do to fix this?

I am having this issue as well now too. Also on my android phone as well. I've tried all the solutions on this thread but nothing is working

Hi @bryanc1982, Thanks for posting here. Can you please confirm if you're still facing the issue? An AWS outage occurred on October 20, 2025, affecting many Adobe products and services.

Hello. I’m having the same problem downloading a PDF. I’ve tried in Firefox and other browsers, even from different computers. The fee we pay is not cheap; things like this shouldn’t happen.
