Photos not showing in published webpage created using Adobe Express

I have been using the web version of Adobe Express to create a webpage for a travel blog. It worked fine with the old version: I could creat the webpage, publish it and send the link to my friends. Now I have to use the new version and it no longer works. After I publish it, the link I send out takes my friends to a webpage with only text and no photos.

I use a Macbook Pro with the M1 chip with 16GB of memory, running Ventura 13.4.1

Has anybody else had this problem, and if so what is the solution? Many thanks.

Hi @Bary_Geferson2977 ,

To help you better, we need your assistance by providing us with the following:

_ a link to your published webpage.

What types of images are you using? Are they user-uploaded? Are they Stock? It would be helpful if you could share some of the image files that aren't showing up.

Once you provide this information, I will share it with our engineering team for further investigation.

Having the same issue with all my webpages not showing the images i found that the solution is, after converting your files go to Share then Publish To Web and hit Rebublish. This worked for me.

Hmm I don't know if I understand right. I think what you are refering to is a different feature. We want to publish the website for everyone (also without account). Not like a project where everyone can make changes or comments who has an Adobe account.

This was the fix I found to publish images to site that are viewable to everyone. I was not trying to set-up a collaborative project within Adobe to get feedback and comments, just to embed the HMTL within a site the image is displayed. I don't want comments added to my adobe images, but that is what I found as a workaround, once I changed the access level and republished, the images that were not showing previously are now present as expected.

Best of luck,

I ran into this issue when creating training content for new-hire courses.  None of the photos that I published and embedded in the training platform were visible on the site.

After reviewing this thread and seeing multiple people with the same issue and no real guidance from Adobe, I took one last look at how I had it set up when publishing to the web and found my issue.

Make sure you change who can access to 'Anyone with link' instead of the default 'Only Invited People can Access' I had to go through my images, republish with the correct access, and grab the updated links, but my embedded photos are now visible and I know how to prevent this from happening in the future.

Not sure if this is the same issue everyone else was running into, but hopefully this helps someone!

Hi there, your images look like theyre working now... do you have any insight into why they werent showing or what I need to do to help my own projects?

1. Are you seeing the images while editing? (including the ones that aren't showing up on the published page)

Yes, I can see all images myself. It's my clients that cant see them.

2. Are you seeing the images in "Preview"? (including the ones that aren't showing up on the published page)

Preview just comes up with a blank screen (its the same for all my projects - ive been viewing them live in a seperate window, which is the same link my clients are checking)

3. Are these images you're adding from Adobe Stock or uploading yourself?

Uploaded myself. I have tired downsizing them, sometimes to only 100kb, and theyre still too small.

4. Which sections are they happenign in? Photo grid / glideshow / photo section / cover?

Both front and back covers, split layout, glideshow - not the photogrid.

5. Does anyone feel comfortable sharing their link with me?
