Are you using any browser extensions that might interfere with Adobe Express? If you've installed any pop-up blocker try disabling them and see if that helps and if that doesn't help, I'd recommend reaching out to and working with our support directly as a next step. I did try it in Microsoft Edge, and there was no issue. However, everything that I do for my work is stored in Chrome, so switching browsers isn't an option.

Please check if your operating system is up to date. Have you tried restarting your device? Additionally, ensure your display settings are reset. Let us know if that resolves the issue.

Thanks for the screen recording, and sorry to hear that disabling smooth scrolling did not help.

I am curious if you see the same behavior on another browser.

Smooth scrolling is turned off in my Chrome but the issue still persists with only the Circles elements. None of the other areas areas affected.
