This site cannot be reached - Adobe Express Error

I'm trying to access Adobe Express (V 2.1.1.0) on my computer (Windows 11) and I keep getting an error saying "This site can't be reached". I've tried accessing it through Microsoft Edge but I keep getting the same error. Anyone else having this problem? How do I fix it?

The only workout right now I was able to achieve was to work with support: these are the steps that took us to get it working. It seems to be a Canada issue and it has to be fixed in the DNS settings

1. open control Panel

2. click on small icons from the category on the right hand side
3. click on network and sharing center

4. click on change adapter settings

5. right click on the network you are using and click on properties

6. click on “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)” and click on Properties.

7. in the “Use the following DNS addresses” section, Enter:

Preferred DNS Server: 8.8.8.8

Alternate DNS Server: 8.8.4.4

8. hit OK and close control panel

restart your browser and express should be working now!

On the main page I clicked on 'Help & Support'. And then chat starts on the right, you have to let it prompt you through articles and stuff but eventually, it gives you the option to chat with an agent. And then they have you download something to access your system. You might have to do it during working hours, I had tried on the weekend and it said no one was available.

How'd you find the chatbox? This is the first I'm using Adobe's support.

Using the Chatbox, I connected with a support person today and they were able to remotely access my system and fix it for me.

@Corina Murgila Is Adobe planning to fix the issue on their end? It's not really a feasible solution to ask people to modify their DNS especially if they're in a work environment where network settings can't easily be modified. Everything worked fine prior to the latest update and now many Canadian users are locked out.
