That's good to know, thanks @Luigi37129044tuzl  - if I could ask you to follow this thread as that's where we will be sharing updates: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/migrate-my-files-to-the-new-adobe-express-mobile-app/td-p/14571211

Thank you so much, Andy. I have an update as well: this morning I noticed that, using the new app (Android version) and scrolling through the converted projects, the automatic loading for "scroll down" has displayed additional ones that were missing the other day. Hopefully, the cloud is gradually updating. The disorder remains to some extent and not everything is there, but perhaps the automatic file recovery is yielding some positive results.

Great to hear that, thanks a lot for your and the team help.
Yes, I'm the same user. I sent the first message using the app (logged in), then, to reply using the email link the system asked to log in again and changed the name preview.

Hoping to hear you back soon,

Thanks @Luigi37129044tuzl , I'll raise this with the team now. Just to confirm as well, you were the original poster in the thread as I see the username is different?

Thanks!Andy

Just the partial group that I saw on the app, when I accepted the full migration.
Here are two screenshots of both versions and i don't know how to do anything about any "Cloud refresh"

I'm sorry about this @Luigi37129044tuzl - if you go to the web app (on desktop), do you see your files there? (Not seeing your projects on iPad is expected, as that's still the prior version of Express).

Let me know how you get on and we'll esclate this as needed.

Thanks!Andy

Good morning Andy, thanks for your help. I did exactly what the thread you sent me suggested but the result was partial.
Cronology of my actions:

  1. Opened Adobe Express on my smartphone (android version) and a pop up notified the arrival of the new version of the app.
  2. Went to "Project" and an active button told me to move my old version files to the new app (irreversible action). Clicked it.
  3. The automation on started to download/upload the files but the result was incomplete and messy.
  4. I opened the the app on my tablet (android) but the app was the old one and the project page was empty.
  5. Sweat
  6. Opened the Adobe Express version on my Mac to check any difference, but with no luck: I have only the 1/6 of my projects.

They are years of works, for several clients, I really hope to find a way to have them back.
Thanks a lot for your help.
