화면이 안 떠요

If you zoom out to 50% do the controls on the left appear?

왼쪽은 사파리입니다. 전부 잘 보이네요!

오른쪽은 크롬입니다. 저는 크롬에서 주로 작업하는데 어떻게 해결하나요?(화면 100%라고 뜨는데..)

I think others that had a screen like the first image were able to zoom out in the browser and the rest of the page appeared. Can you try that?

The third image looks like it might be a firewall issue. If you are running Microsoft Windows, try resetting the Windows Defender firewall to the default setting. That is the miost frequent cause of this issue.

동영상 봤어요. 제가 작업할 프롬프트 창이 안 떠요.

순서가 섞였네.

두 번째 사진은 잘 작동하는 사진이야. (텍스트로 이미지 생성하기)

첫 번째 사진이랑 세 번째 사진이 내가 마주한 화면이야. (텍스트로 동영상 생성하기)

지금은 첫 번째 사진처럼 예시 영상만 뜨고, 다른 걸 선택할 수가 없어. 

두 번째 사진처럼 프롬프트 입력할 수 있는 란이 있어야할 것 같은데.

Does the screen clear after you click on the generate button?  I do not understand how your second and third images are related.
