Your customer service is the worst. it has been over two weeks since I spoke with a rep about the fact that Firefly is not generating 2k images despite choosing the 2k option. I was informed it was a known problem and the engineers were working on it. I was also promised a response with a status. I am starting to feel like you don't even have engineers and when our call ended, the ticket was just tossed in the bin. I am not getting what I pay for and it seems like you could care less as long as you have my money. And I am not the only one having this issue. FIX IT

    Hi Go_Vango8061!

I’m sorry to hear that. We’re unable to reproduce this issue on our end. Could you share a screen recording that exhibits the issue? This will help us engineers to investigate.

    Let us know.

    Thanks,

    Kartika

I went thru this over a month ago and no reply or resolution, so lets try this again. I have attached screen shots to show you the prompt, the resutling image, the settings I used, where you can clearly see I have selected 2K. You can also see the size of the generated image. Please do not tell me that 765 is the correct size for a 2K image, as you can see I have attached documentation confirming that the image is NOT 2K. Cleary there is something wrong. I have real 2k images I created with Firefly, and they are much larger and clearer than what it is spitting out now.

    Hi @Go_Vango8061,

I am not able to replicate what you are reporting. I just created images using your prompt and aspect ratio on Nano Banana 2 and Nano Banana Pro, and it generated 2K images each time.

The images you included seem to show that the image has been transformed from the original PNG image. Can you please go back to the original PNG file that was generated and provide this information:

    On Windows:

    The File Properties Window

    1. Right-click the image file and select Properties.

    2. Click on the Details tab at the top of the window.

    3. Scroll down to the Image section, where you will see Dimensions, Width, and Height listed explicitly in pixels.

    or for MacOS:

    The "Get Info" Window

    1. Click once on the image file to select it.

    2. Press Command + I on your keyboard (or right-click and select Get Info).

    3. Expand the More Info section near the top of the window. You will see the exact width and height listed next to Dimensions.

and take a screen shot of that info.

    Thanks!

The image Generator is not producing 2k images, they are all 1k, even tho I am choosing 2K, which is what I am paying for.
Does not matter which model I choose. Doesn’t matter of Google Search is on or off. The images are NOT 2k, which is what I pay for. This needs to be fixed.
