Parfois j'ai l'erreur "cette image inclut des content credentials...".
Je précise que dans les deux cas les images sont les miennes.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

Sometimes I get this error "You don't have access to this feature. You can contact your administrator to request access."

Are you on an EDU enterprise plan? Educational plans cannot access Firefly video at this time.

Sometimes I get the error "this image includes content credentials...".

Can you please show us a screen shot of this error? What are you doing when you receive this error?
