Hello @chan_9084,

Thank you for your message and for the image. That is definitely weird.

 

A few things to try:

  • try logging out and back in again
  • try another browser as a test and see if that works

 

Please let me know if either of those work.

Thank you for your response. I’ve attached the requested screenshots:

1. A full browser window showing the "out of monthly generative credits" message when using Model 4.
2. My avatar dropdown showing that I still have over 5,000 credits and "unlimited access" to Standard features.
3. My Adobe account page confirming I’m subscribed to the Firefly Pro plan.

As you can see, even with an active subscription and credits remaining, I am unable to generate images with Model 4 (standard). Only Model 3 works without error, and Ultra consumes credits normally.

Please continue investigating this issue. Let me know if you need anything else.

Thank you for your message. We need a little more information to help. Can you please reply with the following information:
• A screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).
• Then, please click on your avatar and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).

I'm experiencing the same issue. I have an active Firefly Pro subscription and still have over 5,000 generative credits remaining, but I'm unable to generate images using Model 4 (standard). It shows an "out of credit" message, even though only Model 4 Ultra should consume credits.

Model 3 works fine, and Ultra consumes credits as expected. But Model 4 is currently unusable, which seems like a bug.

I already tried clearing my browser cache, switching to another browser, and logging out and back in. None of these fixed the issue.

Please escalate this issue. Thank you.
